Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 7-day Return or Exchange Policy.
✅ Eligibility
Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
If the correct size has been delivered, the product will not be eligible for a refund. However, an exchange can be processed within 7 days as per the policy.
If the product is not liked after delivery (including concerns related to quality), it will not be eligible for a refund under the 7-day policy.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of incomplete delivery, damaged/broken items, or incorrect products received.

Contact us at care@slovicfitness.com within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Once we receive your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund as per your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Customer Preference
- If the correct product and size have been delivered, the item will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
- If the product is not liked after delivery (including concerns related to quality, feel, or expectations), returns and refunds will NOT be accepted.
👉 This is important because many return requests come under "did not like the product" — which is not a valid return reason as per our policy
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you are shipping an item over ₹ 4000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
