We typically hand orders to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver within 7 days. Delays can happen due to weather, strikes, remote locations, or stocking issues — you’ll still get a tracking update once the order ships.

Please inspect your package on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@slovicfitness.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Start a return by emailing care@slovicfitness.com — do not send items back without approval. Full details: Refund Policy.

If the correct product and size were delivered, the item is not eligible for return or refund. Returns are also not accepted for preference reasons (for example, “did not like the product,” quality feel, or expectation mismatch after delivery). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Custom or special-order products may also be excluded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
