To start a return, please contact us at care@slovicfitness.com
. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any return-related questions, feel free to reach out to us anytime at care@slovicfitness.com

Returns & Customer Preference

• If the correct product and size have been delivered, the item will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
• If the product is not liked after delivery (including concerns related to quality, feel, or expectations), returns and refunds will NOT be accepted.

👉 This is important because many return requests come under "did not like the product" — which is not a valid return reason as per our policy
