Returns & Customer Preference

• If the correct product and size have been delivered, the item will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
• If the product is not liked after delivery (including concerns related to quality, feel, or expectations), returns and refunds will NOT be accepted.

👉 This is important because many return requests come under "did not like the product" — which is not a valid return reason as per our policy

The silicone material is designed for durability during normal use. Avoid sharp objects and excessive stretching.

Q6. Can it accommodate long or thick hair?

The stretchable design may accommodate long, thick, or braided hair. Fit depends on hair volume and head size.
